Shipping & Returns
Every order from DartsBidder is dispatched from the UK with tracking. Here's exactly what to expect when you buy from us.
Shipping Options
Standard and premium tracked UK shipping options are shown at checkout. Shipping costs are calculated based on the item and service you choose — there are no surprise charges at payment.
Dispatch Times
We aim to dispatch in-stock items within 1–2 working days of payment. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order is on its way.
Tracking
Every order is sent with tracking so you can follow it from our door to yours. If your tracking hasn't updated as expected, email dartsbidder@outlook.com and we will chase it with the courier.
Returns
If an item isn't as described, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will arrange a return and a refund. Items must be returned in the same condition as received. Please note that signed/collectable merchandise is only returnable if it arrives damaged or not as described.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged, send a photo to dartsbidder@outlook.com within 48 hours and we will replace or refund it — and cover the return postage.
Refunds
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe. Most refunds appear within 5–10 working days, depending on your bank. For any order issue, email dartsbidder@outlook.com and we will help.
